After purchasing email lkkz2024@gmail.com with your name and order number and the glitter color you would like used and 12 photos.

The tumbler is stainless steel and double walled, which keeps your drinks hot or cold for hours! It is hand glittered, sealed, personalized decal set, and then sealed again.

The tumbler is sealed with epoxy, giving the cup a clear glass finish and keeps the decal from peeling off with normal everyday use. Each tumbler comes with a sliding closure style lid, a metal straw and a straw cleaner.

Perfect for the pool, beach trip, camping, road trips, sporting events, the office, gifts and even your daily commute.

The epoxy is sturdy but not indestructible, if dropped it can crack, chip or even shatter. Please handle your tumbler like you would a glass mug. We cannot repair dropped tumblers.

Because this item is handmade there may be some imperfections or color variations from the original photo in this listing. These imperfections do not affect the functionality of the tumbler, rather they add to the uniqueness. Not one tumbler will ever look the same.

Because of the personalized nature of the product, we do not offer returns/refunds.

*Ship Times*
Because the epoxy requires so much curing time please allow me a 2-3 weeks to make the tumbler before shipping. If you require your tumbler by a certain date, please reach out to me via message to inform me of the required date and I can try to accommodate your request to have it to you by your desired date.

A rush fee will be needed for express orders.

*Shipping Damage*
Notification of a damaged tumbler must be received within 48 hours of delivery. Tumblers are checked multiple times and photographed before shipping. All tumblers are mailed with insurance and tracking via USPS. Pictures of the shipping box and the damaged tumbler will be needed to file a claim for reimbursement. Please email us if your box was damaged.
